The Recipe 4 Health Award is a Lancashire County Council Trading Standards scheme which promotes businesses that focus on healthy eating, environmental issues and social responsibility. 

To increase the coverage of Recipe for Health, the programme will focus on increasing business engagement with the scheme by providing free support, business development training, nutritional advice and guidance for menu-planning, food safety, waste and sustainability. A potential Recipe 4 Health business forum will also be explored, as a way to encourage engagement with A3 and A5 businesses and stakeholders in local districts, and provide a vital source of inspiration, innovation and collaboration.
