Health and Wellbeing District Infographics

The following health and well-being infographics have been developed in partnership with Together an Active Future, Active Lancashire and Food Active and produced on behalf of Lancashire County Council.

Each infographic provides district level data on a range of demographics and health indicators to provide at-a-glance information relevant to the local population. The infographics have been produced to support elected members, council officers and local stakeholders when considering priorities and responding to local need through policy development and service delivery and supporting Lancashire’s Healthy Hearts Strategy.
